Email

Clients using Aztec Consulting's email services will usually have one or more POP3 mailboxes which will be accessible through their local mail client software such as Outlook. Access is also possible through the WebMail facility.

The WebMail facility also allows the mailbox owner to change various settings and preferences, including the level of spam filtering.

Web-Hosting

All clients whose websites are hosted by Aztec Consulting have access to the set of facilities referred to as AWF. These include utilities such as email list, guestbook, content management, etc and a package of tools for general website maintenance. These are all used through the AWF Administration Panel.

PIMAN

The Personal Information Manager is a browser-based set of utilities for managing personal data from any internet linked computer by using a secure connection to a central database. The utilities include private and shared notes, calendar and alerts system, and webpage links management tool to replace the use of bookmarks and favourites.

Subs Manager

The Subs Manager is a utility for managing an organisations' membership, subscriptions to a journal service or similar application.
