Email List

The Email List facility allow visitors to the website to join a mailing list. Authorised users are able to maintain the list and send message through a facility within the Administration Panel.

The HTML code to be added to the website to enable site visitors to join is automatically generated and inserted into a placeholder within the designated page on the site.

Guestbook

The Guestbook (or Visitors Book) can be implemented on any pages within the website. Visitors to the site can add messages. Authorised users receive a copy of each message as it is posted and can edit or delete these message.

Fixed Index

This tool allow the website designer to maintain a simple index of the site. Each page to be included in the index has a custom HTML tag added which contains the relevant information for the index. A facility within the Administration Panel will collect together all the index information and save the index on a designated webpage.

Site Search

This facility allows the website designer to add a site search form to a specific webpage. The "installer" on the Administration Panel will build a searchable database of the relevant sections of the pages within the site which are to be examined when searching.

Visitor Statistics

Site visitor statistics are collected and analysed using an version of the Webalizer package. The AWF system provides a convenient means of accessing these statistics with additional analyses.

Enquiry Manager

This facility allows visitors to the site to send messages to specific email addresses in such a way that the email addresses are not revealed.

Content Manager

Databases can be set up using this facility from which webpage content can be produced. Typically this can be used for news pages or events listing. Additionally the database can be link to search facilities within webpages.
